3. Booking & Payments
A credit card may be required to secure bookings.
Prices may vary by service area, pet needs, and time of year.
Service must be paid prior to or immediately following the service, depending on the policy in place.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
A. Pet Care Services
Cancellations with more than 72 hours’ notice: No charge, full refund of deposit.
Cancellations within 24-71 hours’ notice: No charge, refund will be issued as credit toward future service.
Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of booked service may be charged, and the rest will be issued as a credit toward future service..
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full service fee applies.
Holiday services: May require advanced deposits, which may be non-refundable.
B. Trail Pack Walks
Weather-related cancellations (light rain, heat, etc.) are at Much Joy Pet Services’ discretion for safety.
If we cancel a walk, clients receive a full credit or refund.
C. Merchandise
Returns accepted within 7 days if item is unused and in original condition.
Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective.
Refund issued once item is received.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree that:
Your pet is healthy and up-to-date on vaccinations unless medically exempt
All behavior concerns have been disclosed
Your home is safe and accessible for staff
You authorize entry to your home for scheduled services
6. Health, Safety & Liability
We always prioritize safety and care.
We are not responsible for:
Injuries or illnesses caused by pre-existing conditions
Unavoidable incidents related to natural behavior
Damage caused by your pet to property or other animals
You agree to reimburse any costs resulting from your pet’s actions.
