FAQS

  • We provide daily dog walks, pet drop-ins, cat care, overnight in-home pet sitting, in-our-home boarding (when available), pet transportation, Trail Pack Walks, and seasonal specialty services. We also offer fun merch through our online shop.

  • We serve the Greater Tampa Bay area. If you’re unsure whether you fall within our service radius, just reach out — we’re happy to check!

  • You can book through our website, through our client portal (if you’re already a client), or by contacting us directly. Once your request is received, we’ll confirm availability and get you scheduled.

  • Yes — for all new pet-care clients, we schedule a complimentary meet & greet. This ensures we understand your pet’s routine, personality, and any special needs, and you can meet the person caring for your pet

  • Absolutely. Much Joy Pet Services is fully insured, and all team members are background checked and trained in our care standards.

  • Each visit includes fresh water, feeding (if requested), potty breaks or walks, enrichment, medication if needed, and lots of affection. You’ll also receive a visit report with photos so you know exactly how your pet did.

  • Yes. We can give oral medications and some topical treatments. If your pet requires injections or highly specialized medical care, please contact us to discuss options.


  • We ask for 72 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 72 hours may be charged according to our policy. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur the full service fee. Holiday bookings may require deposits. (See Terms of Service for full details.)
